The ¡Adelante! U.S. Education Leadership Fund is a national non-profit organization based in San Antonio, Texas. Since its inception, ¡Adelante! has been inspiring the best and brightest Latino college students to graduate and lead through scholarships, internships, and leadership development. For more than 14 years, we have constituted a high-expectations approach when working with our students and have built a Latino leadership pipeline that equips them with the tools, skills, and knowledge necessary to excel and become leaders in industry and their communities.

United Airlines and ¡Adelante! announce 2011"Destino: Latinoamerica" video contest 

Hispanic college students can win tickets to Latin America in ¡Adelante! U.S. Education Leadership Fund's Contest.   To enter, students must submit a two-to-three-minute video highlighting five reasons to visit one of the Latin American or Caribbean countries where United flies. The first-place winner will receive four tickets good for travel to any United destination in the continental U.S., Mexico, Central America or the Caribbean. The second-place video maker will get two tickets. For more information, click here.

¡Adelante! scholarships are now open!

The ¡Adelante! fund scholarships opened on March 7th 2011 and will run until May 27th 2011. Please click here to see if you meet the criteria for these scholarships and apply today on our scholarship link above. 

If you are a CPS Energy dependent you may apply to the HOPE scholarship. Please click here to see if you meet the criteria for this scholarship.     

Abercrombie & Fitch and ¡Adelante! in Puerto Rico!

The ¡Adelante! Fund & Abercrombie & Fitch would like to thank everyone who attended the evening reception, panel discussion and job information session. A total of 3 scholarships were awarded in the amount of $1,750 each!  Thanks to the support of Abercrombie & Fitch, those students will also attend ¡Adelante!'s Leadership Institute & Recruitment Fair in San Antonio, Texas in October 2011! Click here for more information and to view pictures from the event!
